 The Policy / Security department is the AT&T Internet Services resource center for matters relating to end-user abuse (e.g., commercial/unsolicited bulk E-mail, online harassment, inappropriate web page content, unauthorized access attempts, denial of service attacks, etc.). More specifically, the Policy department is responsible for:
- Enforcing compliance with the respective Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies.
- Acting as liaison with federal, state, and local law enforcement officials in their investigations of criminal activity.
